Commit to 90 is a three-month challenge designed to help you make permanent changes to your life to heal injuries, manage chronic disease, improve your relationship with food, and address issues that prevent you from being your happiest, healthiest self.
Commit to 90 is a challenge that combines unlimited yoga with nutritional counseling/education, group support, and weekly training sessions in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a hands-on tool you can do anywhere at anytime to address patterns of stress that are holding you back.
Holistic Nutritionist Erin Holt will be leading participants through her Fueled+Fit program which helps dig into deep-seated beliefs around eating. Erin teaches participants to trust and fuel their bodies and heal disordered relationships with food.
Cheri will be offering 3 group tapping (EFT) sessions weekly during the program.
Self-study audio and visual course to explore the wisdom of your chakras (energy centers of your body.) Learn to listen to the wisdom of your body, emotions, and spirit by understanding what your chakras communicate to you. Break free from lineage, tribal, familial, and cultural ties that keep you from living your own truth.
Read books or listen to audios of what I have read, have inspired, supported and guided me on my own spiritual warrior path to physical, emotional, mental, relational, financial and spiritual health. I am always updating this list
