Cheri Keirstead, Holistic Healer, is thrilled to team up with Bikram Yoga Portsmouth, Bikram Yoga Epping and Erin Holt Health to provide a program that will give participants the ability to look into the mirror and love what is staring back at them. Over the course of 90 days students will embark on a journey of facing their personal challenges head on through yoga, nutrition, and EFT. What changes are you looking to make?
What Is The Commit to 90 Challenge?
Commit to 90 is a three-month challenge designed to help you make permanent changes to your life to heal injuries, manage chronic disease, improve your relationship with food, and address issues that prevent you from being your happiest, healthiest self.
Who Is The Challenge For?
Anyone who is looking to improve their health or make changes in their life. Commit to 90 is designed for those who struggle with stress, anxiety, anger management, chronic illness or injury, autoimmune disease, trauma or PTSD, disordered eating, depression, addiction, body dysmorphia or obesity.
Commit to 90 is a challenge that combines unlimited yoga with nutritional counseling/education, group support, and weekly training sessions in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a hands-on tool you can do anywhere at anytime to address patterns of stress that are holding you back.

Life is hard. Making changes that last is even harder. Doing it alone is next to impossible.
This dynamic combination of yoga instruction, nutritional education, emotional support, self-introspection and group support will help you to break the pattern of destructive behaviors and learn to care for and fuel your body, develop a healthy relationship with food, and heal your mind, body and spirit while helping you to create new and lasting positive change in your life.
How Does It Work?
Take the CT90 challenge for three months, beginning September 9th 2017 and ending December 9th, 2017. You can participate from either the Epping, NH or Portsmouth, NH Bikram Yoga studios. Meet the criteria for each week and win a month of unlimited yoga at the end.
• Four yoga classes each week
• One Fueled and Fit check in online each week
• One EFT session each week.
At the end of the 90 days all participants who meet the above criteria will receive a month of yoga for free.

What is Bikram Yoga?
Bikram Yoga is the original, hot yoga method. It was developed to suit the beginning yogi and challenge the most veteran practitioner.
The highly trained teachers at Bikram Yoga Portsmouth and Bikram Yoga Epping will guide you through postures to reshape and heal your body from head to toe. Bikram Yoga is one of the only Hatha yoga methods that work the entire body in every session.
Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get stronger, heal your knee injury, eliminate back pain, stay active as you age, or get your high blood pressure under control, this yoga series is for you.
What is Fueled+Fit?
Holistic nutritionist, Erin Holt has designed the Fueled+Fit program to help participants be aware of how their bodies are reacting to the food they eat and the nutritional choices they make on a daily basis. As an eating disorder survivor and currently living with an autoimmune disease, Erin has healed her body through nutrition. The Fueled+Fit program includes recipes, informational sheets, kitchen help videos, podcasts, exercises + meditation practices to aid you in nourishing your body and mind throughout the program, just as you do in the yoga room. In addition to the Fueled+Fit program, Erin will be hosting weekly live Facebook sessions where you can get your most pressing questions answered. Erin will moderate a private Facebook group where all the participants can share thoughts and ask questions. Erin encourages you to eat all the food and leave dieting in the past.
What is EFT?
Holistic healer, Cheri Keirstead will be leading the Emotional Freedom Technique sessions. These group sessions will held online once weekly and in person once a week at each studio. EFT will help to calm your nervous system and halt the fight or flight response which lowers cortisol levels. With EFT you can change how your brain reacts to stress and triggers associated with trauma, self-image, food, stress and more.
The group tapping sessions are designed to address any set backs, challenges, struggles and emotional distress you are having during the C290 Challenge. Making changes in your life can be difficult and overwhelming. Once you commit to change many obstacles will present themselves to sabotage your efforts, so to ensure your success we are offering these sessions to support you in your goals.
Psychoanalyst Dr. Ronald Ceppetelli will serve as our staff clinician should additional therapeutic support be deemed necessary.
