Tappy Hour For Bikram Yogis


  1. We gather as a group to hold collective energy for the highest intention of all concerned.
  2. Everyone who participates receives borrowed benefits from tapping with each other as a group
  3. You are guided to call to a mind an emotion, a situation or a memory that is troubling you
  4. You rate the intensity of the feeling, note if you feel it in your body and where
  5. You are guided through verbal commentary as you tap on the end points of your meridian system with your fingertips
  6. After several rounds, we stop tapping, take a deep breath in and exhale
  7. You evaluate how you are feeling, noting if the intensity has lessened or even shifted
  8. We continue cycles of this for an hour
  9. You gain new awareness and insight into what beliefs you have held and how they have impacted your life
  10. You leave feeling lighter and freer

 EFT uses the combination of an Eastern understanding of the energy system in the body with a more western approach of talk therapy. Combining the two offers amazing results in reducing stress and anxiety, PTSD, unresolved trauma and emotions, and rewiring the neural pathways in the brain. It helps you enjoy more inner peace and joyful living.
