Accepting and Honoring Your True Self in the Face of Others Expectations.

As women, we often find ourselves last on the to do list, caring for everyone else’s needs, wants, and demands. Living our lives for others is an honorable choice, but when we honor others expectations to the detriment of ourselves we create the building blocks of anger, resentment, and disease.  In time, we are left feeling frustrated and burnt out and often we don’t know why we feel this way.  Women have been conditioned to suck it up, put ourselves last and that taking care of ourselves is selfish.  We would like to introduce you to a positive and healthy meaning of this perceived “bad word.”

If you are frazzled and at the end of your rope and need some ME time, to feel nurtured, nourished, and heard, then this weekend is for you.

If you want to avoid fizzling out, then join us so you can put out the fires before they begin.

This retreat will include interactive exercises, several deep healings through EFT and Shamanic Journeying, meditations, and two ceremonies that support the release of old wounds, reactive behaviors and thought patterns which keep you tethered to people, situations and actions that no longer serve your highest good.  Space is limited to 10 participants.
